Frank Lawton (30 September 1904, St Giles, London - 10 June 1969, Marylebone, London) was an English actor. He was married to Evelyn Laye, with whom he acted several times including in ''My Husband and I'' (? - 10 June 1969) (his death). His parents were stage players Daisy May Collier and Frank Lawton (I).〔(IMDB entry )〕 His first major screen credit was ''Young Woodley'' (1930).〔(Answers.com entry )〕 He was best known for his role as David Copperfield in the 1934 MGM film.
